Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday took to social media to refute media reports regarding his marriage with a woman belonging to the Pakpattan-based Maneka family.
Rumours abt my marriage absolutely baseless. I have not gotten married. When I do I will announce & celebrate publicly.

Some unconfirmed reports state that Imran Khan has already married the woman, Maryam, a few days ago in a secret ceremony. The PTI chief, however, termed these reports as “baseless”.
PTI Information Secretary Naeemul Haq also negated the reports, saying Imran Khan is on a private visit to London where he is spending time with his children.
Rumours about IK getting married are totally wrong. He is spending time with his boys in England and will be back in Pakistan on Sunday.

However, observes say they believe such reports to be true. The news of Imran’s marriage with Reham Khan, they say, was just a speculation at first but was later admitted by the PTI chief himself.
Sources also say Imran takes his decisions on the advice of a spiritual guide who has reportedly said the cricketer-turned-politician cannot become prime minister if he remains unwed.
